Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

By using SEOcraftAI you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. SEOcraftAI accounts are personal — one account per individual or legal entity.

2. Description of Service

SEOcraftAI provides an AI-powered platform for keyword research, SEO article generation, content scheduling, and publishing to connected CMS platforms (including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and custom webhooks). Features may change as we improve the product. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, search traffic, or revenue outcomes — results depend on many factors outside our control.

3. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use SEOcraftAI solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the SEOcraftAI platform or API
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated scripts or bots to circumvent rate limits or credit quotas
• Use SEOcraftAI to build a competing AI SEO content generation product
• Harvest or scrape data from SEOcraftAI beyond your own account data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Share your account with others or allow multiple users to access a single account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You are solely responsible for all content you generate and publish through SEOcraftAI. You agree not to use SEOcraftAI to create or distribute:

• Content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
• Spam, unsolicited bulk content, or deliberately deceptive content
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive
• Content promoting illegal activity, violence, or terrorism
• Content that violates the terms of service of connected CMS platforms
• AI-generated content that is intentionally misleading or presented as human-authored without disclosure where required by law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

5. AI-Generated Content

SEOcraftAI uses third-party AI models (including Google Gemini) to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated — you are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing
• We do not warrant the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated output
• You are solely responsible for ensuring published content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies
• Content you input as prompts or context may be processed by third-party AI providers under their terms

6. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, input, or generate through SEOcraftAI. By using the service, you grant SEOcraftAI a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to deliver the service to you.

We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell your content to third parties.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

SEOcraftAI integrates with third-party CMS platforms including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and custom webhook endpoints. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these platforms.

Your use of connected platforms is governed by their respective terms. SEOcraftAI is not liable for:

• Account suspensions or content removals by third-party platforms
• Changes to third-party APIs that affect SEOcraftAI functionality
• Content delivery failures due to third-party platform outages or rate limits
• Loss of API credentials due to platform-side revocation

8. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

SEOcraftAI operates on a credit-based model. Credits are consumed per action (article generation, title generation, etc.) according to the pricing displayed on the billing page.

Billing: Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance that resets on your billing date. Credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each billing period.

Renewals: Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds: All payments are generally non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for:

• Unused credits at the end of a billing period
• Credits consumed before account termination
• Service disruptions caused by third-party platform outages or AI provider downtime
• Account terminations due to violations of these Terms

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at billing@seocraftai.com within 14 days of the charge. Payment processing is handled by Dodo Payments.

9. Intellectual Property

All aspects of the SEOcraftAI service — including its software, design, logo, documentation, and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to SEOcraftAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of SEOcraftAI without our prior written consent.

Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used by us to improve the service without any obligation to compensate you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

SEOcraftAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times; that AI-generated content will be accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose; or that use of SEOcraftAI will result in improved search rankings or traffic. Use of SEOcraftAI is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOcraftAI's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of: the total amount you paid to SEOcraftAI in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD.

SEOcraftAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, reputational harm, or damages resulting from AI-generated content errors, publishing failures, or third-party platform changes.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEOcraftAI, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the service in violation of these Terms; content you publish through SEOcraftAI; your violation of any third-party rights including intellectual property rights; or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

13. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing page. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. SEOcraftAI may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or posed a risk to other users or the integrity of the service.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@seocraftai.com. We will try to resolve disputes within 30 days. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or a prominent notice in the dashboard. Your continued use of SEOcraftAI after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using SEOcraftAI before the effective date.
